Bandai Namco and VR/AR developer Ikonic have teamed up to bring the first Little Nightmares VR game in the series, Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes. The game is set for release just next month on April 24, 2026, for PlayStation 5 (PSVR2), PC (Meta Horizon Store and SteamVR), and standalone on Meta Quest 2 & 3.
Here’s the trailer:
The game places you into the perspective of Dark Six, a mysterious figure with the shape of a little girl, as you navigate dark and twisted environments where danger lurks at every corner.
The trailer shows some iconic monsters returning, including The Teacher from Little Nightmares II, who looks even more terrifying in first-person. This could be the most scare-inducing experience in the series, as the new perspective makes you realise just how tiny the protagonists are in the Little Nightmares universe.
