It looks like the rumours of Starfield coming to PS5 have been confirmed! From April 7, Starfield will be available on PS5 after almost three years being exclusive to Xbox X|S and PC. Alongside the port to Playstation Starfield will also be receiving new content, including a story DLC.
Bethesda Game Studios has been silently cooking away on the game since the release of its first story expansion almost 2 years ago. Alongside the port to PS5, players across every platform will receive a long quality of life patch while pass holders will get access to the story DLC as well.
Free Lanes will be available to all players free. It will be largely a quality of life update featuring deeper systems and even the ability to fly through space – no more menu hopping! There’s also a slew of new encounters, new rarities and even ways to customise your ship on the go!

Terran Armada is the next paid story DLC coming to Starfield. It features a brand new story following a new threat that threatens the Settled Systems. In the midst of war with the Terrans, players will also find repeatable incursions to grind, new ships, new parts, new gear, new crew members, new prebuilt outpost, and more!
