Some of the World’s best speedrunners will participate in the Australian Speedrun Marathon (ASM2024) beginning on July 16, 2024.
ASM is Australia’s largest and longest-running speedrunning event, and this year’s event will run from July 16 to July 21, 2024. Across the 5 days, the AusSpeedruns community will be fundraising for Game On Cancer®.
WHAT IS GAME ON CANCER®?
Game On Cancer® is an initiative of Cure Cancer, an Australia-based charity dedicated entirely to funding early career cancer researchers and, to date, has provided over 560 research grants to young scientists with ground-breaking innovative ideas, many of whom have gone on to become leaders in cancer research globally.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ASM2024
ASM2024 will feature the speedrunning community’s favourite games, including Mario Kart 64, Futurama, Undertale, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, and The Simpsons Hit & Run.

The event will be held at the Adelaide Rockford Hotel and tickets are on sale now on the AusSpeedruns website or will be available at the door for $30. Proceeds will go to Game On Cancer®.
