Compulsion Games, the team behind the upcoming action game South of Midnight, has released a new story trailer for the game ahead of its release in April.

The trailer shows the main protagonist, Hazel, who is pulled into a Southern Gothic world after a hurricane rips through her home. The new world she is thrusted into interweaves reality and fantasy presented in a gorgeous hand-crafted art style.
During the Xbox Developer Direct, Compulsion revealed that Hazel will explore multiple regions throughout the game, each ruled by a mythical creature once human.
SOUTH OF MIDNIGHT RELEASE DATE
South of Midnight will be released on Xbox and PC on April 8, 2025. Pre-orders are available now for Xbox and Steam.
