The team behind PAX Aus has shared some exciting news regarding the presence of tabletop games at PAX Aus 2024. PAX Aus has dedicated even more space to tabletop games, making it the biggest ever tabletop area the local convention has seen.
Extremely popular TCG Disney Lorcana, which launched in Australia this year, will be attending PAX Aus. Fans will be able to get hands-on discovering the fantastic secrets of Lorcana with some familiar Disney friends and reimagined characters. No matter how much experience you have with TCGs, there will be an opportunity to explore, learn and immerse yourself in the magical world of Disney Lorcana.
That’s not all! Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons will be joining Disney Lorcana at PAX Aus. D&D is celebrating 50 years in 2024 and will have exclusive merch items and first-time hands-on demos with new sets. If that’s not enough, Star Wars: Unlimited fans will be able to collect and exclusive ‘Grogu’ event promo card. How neat!
Tabletop at PAX Aus is constantly evolving, which we saw when SIX Tabletop games were selected as winners in this year’s PAX Aus Indie Showcase, which will be featured in the PAX Aus Rising section.
