EVERYTHING ANNOUNCED DURING THE FEBRUARY STATE OF PLAY
- A new Monster Hunter Wilds trailer was shown off ahead of its February 28 release.
- 2D action platformer Shinobi: Art of Vengeance has been announced and is developed by the same team behind Streets of Rage 4. Out August 29, 2025. [TRAILER]
- We got our first proper look at Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds in a brand-new trailer. [TRAILER]
- The newest instalment in the Digimon Story series has been announced. It’s called Digimon Story Time Stranger and will be released this year. [TRAILER]
- Lost Soul Aside has a new gameplay trailer and release date of May 30, 2025. [TRAILER]
- A Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii demo will be available on February 14, 2025.
- Dave the Diver‘s latest collaboration is with the Like a Dragon series. Dave the Diver Ichiban’s Holiday is coming to the game in April. [TRAILER]
- Splitgate 2 alpha testing begins on February 27, 2025.
- WWE 2K25 has showcased the series’ newest feature, The Island. [TRAILER]
- Borderlands 4‘s newest trailer announces a release date of September 23, 2025. A Borderlands 4 State of Play will take place in Autumn. [TRAILER]
- Split Fiction, the latest title from Hazelight Studios (It Takes Two), has revealed the game’s Story Trailer ahead of its release on March 6. [TRAILER]
- The next Dark Pictures game, Directive 8020, has a new trailer and brand new release date of September 30, 2025. [TRAILER]
- A first look at Five Nights at Freddy’s: Secret of the Mimic gameplay was revealed alongside a release date of June 13, 2025. [TRAILER]
- Dark fantasy adventure game The Midnight Walk has a new trailer and release date of May 8, 2025. [TRAILER]
- Darwin’s Paradox! is a new action-adventure platformer featuring an octopus. Out in 2025. [TRAILER]
- Warriors: Abyss is available today on PS5 and PS4. [TRAILER]
- Onimusha 2: Samura’s Destiny has a new trailer and is available to pre-order now. [TRAILER]

- Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater‘s release date has been officially confirmed as August 28, 2025. [TRAILER]
- Hell Is Us has had its official launch date revealed, hitting PS5 on September 4, 2025. [TRAILER]
- Lies of P: Overture has been announced and serves as prequel DLC for the original game. It will launch this Winter. [TRAILER]

- Days Gone Remastered has officially been announced and will arrive on April 25, 2025. You can upgrade from the PS4 version for around $15 AUD. [TRAILER]
- Stellar Blade DLC – GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE has been announced and will arrive alongside the PC version of the game in June 2025. [TRAILER]
- Blue Prince is a genre-bending, atmospheric, architectural adventure where you explore an ever-changing manner of 45 shifting rooms. It will launch on the PS Plus Game Catalogue in Autumn 2025. [TRAILER]
- Abiotic Factor is a 1-6 player survival crafting game and will be released on PS5 & Game Catalogue this Winter. [TRAILER]
- Tides of Annihilation, a thrilling action-adventure inspired by Arthurian legend, has been announced. [TRAILER]
- Metal Eden is a sci-fi first-person shooter developed by Reikon Games and is out on May 6, 2025. [TRAILER]
- MindsEye is the latest game from Leslie Benzies (producer Red Dead Redemption, L.A. Noire, Max Payne 3). The game is a story-driven, action-adventure thriller, set in a fictional near-future Americana. [TRAILER]

- Saros is the next game from Housemarque (Returnal) has been revealed and will hit PS5 and PS5 Pro in 2026. [TRAILER]
