Now in its fifth year, Wholesome Games have once again delighted us with another jam packed Wholesome Direct! Whether you’re a cozy game connoisseur or just looking for something a little slower in pace, there’s bound to be something here for you!

As an added bonus, a lot of these titles have either dropped today or are set for release in the coming months!

AMBROISE NIFLETTE AND THE GLEANED BELL – PC

A charming stop-motion inspired adventure which is giving Noddy x Tim Burton, play as detective Ambroise Niflette in the thrilling investigation of the search for the stolen bell in a mysterious village. Wishlist on Steam and Kickstarter.

ANXIETY PUPPY – PC

With a beautiful hand-drawn, story book art style, this 2D interactive narrative game focuses on the protagonist’s experience with anxiety which is personified as a little puppy. No doubt an emotional rollercoaster but one with a warm and healing story. Set to release later this year, wishlist on Steam now.

BIG HOPS – PC

Play as Hop in this colourful 3D platformer, action-adventure with fresh frog-tongue gameplay and grow veggies, build, collect and make new friends along the way! Demo on Steam now.

CAMPER VAN: MAKE IT HOME – PC – OUT NOW

I know this one has been on the radar for cozy gamers the world over for a little while now, myself included! But if this is the first time you’ve stumbled across this delightful title, Camper Van: Make It Home will allow you to decorate and organise the camper van of your dreams and embark on a journey of self discovery through interior design and creative block organisation puzzles. Out now on Steam.

CAPY CASTAWAY – PC

Capy Castaway is a narrative adventure game that rewards curiosity with delight and consequence. Wishlist on Steam now.

CLAWSOME – PC

Help Clawby find new friends in this wholesome claw machine game in which you collect unique and quirky prizes that move, disappear and even fight back! Wishlist on Steam.

COLLECTOR’S COVE – PC

Yes, another farming game but this time your farm IS ON A BOAT and YOU’RE OUT AT SEA and you have the sweetest Nessie like companion to keep you company along the way! Demo available on Steam now.

CRESCENT COUNTY – PC, XBOX

A delivery life-sim where you move to a witch-tech island and explore its painterly open world on the back of your scrappy, souped-up motorbroom! Make deliveries to the locals, trick out your broom, and race your new friends (and crushes) in this joyful, cosy-with-bite, slice-of-life game. Not to mention, it just looks dang cool! DANCHI DAYS – PC

In this summer neighbourhood adventure with a nostalgic, GameBoy colour style, turn strangers into neighbors by surfing the NeighborNet, playing minigames, and uncovering some slightly interesting secrets around Hoshino’s danchi – a Japanese housing complex! Set to release in 2026 with a demo available on Steam now.

DISCOUNTY – PS5, SWITCH, PC, XBOX

Manage your own supermarket, explore the tight-knit community of Blomkest, build friendships or make enemies as you uncover the town’s secrets in this cozy management sim RPG coming to all platforms on August 21st with a demo available now.

DOSA DIVAS – PC

Battle an evil fast food empire in this spicy narrative turn-based RPG. Two sisters and their upgradable spirit-mech cook delicious meals, fight corpos, build up your reputation with local communities, and reconcile with loved ones. Coming to Steam early 2026.

EVERDEEP AURORA – PC, SWITCH

This narrative exploration and platform game inspired by 16-bit aesthetics will take you back to the simplicity and excitement of the classics of that era. There’s a vibrant and dynamic world to explore, and lots of peculiar characters to meet and varied puzzles to solve. Set to release on 11th July, you can download the demo now!

FIRESIDE FEELINGS – PC – OUT NOW

A mental wellness experience that promotes empathy, connection, and positivity among players. So grab a blanket, your favourite hoody, and a nice beverage and come chat around the campfire. Out now on Steam.

FISHBOWL – PC, PS5

A coming of age story which has been floating around for a little bit now. In fact, you may remember it from PAX AUS last year. Read all about Jamie’s experience with it here. Demo available now.

GECKO GODS – PC

A serene puzzle-adventure platformer where you explore a forgotten archipelago through the eyes of a tiny, but mighty, gecko. Releasing later this year with a demo available on Steam now.

GEMPORIUM – PC

A mining simulation management game where you play as an anxious mole as you Mine, Refine and Sell Gemstones of various rarities to eagerly awaiting customers. Due to release on Steam in August with a demo available now.

GOURDLETS TOGETHER – PC

A multiplayer edition of fan favourite Gourdlets is coming soon! In this relaxing multiplayer building and fishing game, players are bound to have a gourd time! Wishlist on Steam now.

HAUNTED PAWS – PC

Also featured during Frosty Games Fest (Read Nate’s wrap up here) – this bootylicious title is another one that’s had the attention of cozy gamers for a little bit now. This cozy wholesome adventure is designed with accessibility and playability in mind. This journey of learning to accept oneself is safe to share with players of all ages and abilities. Release date TBC.

MILANO’S ODD JOB COLLECTION – SWITCH, PS4, PS5, PC, XBOX

Previously only available in Japan, this charming classic now releases with a brand-new English localization. With nostalgic pixel art and animations, mixed with distinctive Japanese cuteness, Milano’s Odd Job Collection is a cozy experience full of retro charm. Set to release some time this year.

MONUMENT VALLEY 3 – Mobile, PC, CONSOLE

Available now to play on the App Store or Google Play with your Netflix Membership and hitting Steam and Consoles on July 22nd (Demo out now) is this next installment to the Monument Valley franchise!

MURI: WILDWOODS – PC

Solve puzzles, befriend adorable creatures, and cleanse the land and its inhabitants from corruption. No release date is confirmed for this cutie yet but devs, Speldosa Interactive are hoping to have it ready for this year. Wishlist on Steam.

OMELET YOU COOK – PC – OUT NOW

Out now on Steam is this roguelike cooking game where, you guessed it, you cook omelets!

Another cozy sorting and stacking puzzle game, this time in first-person which follows the stories of three different characters. Steam Demo out now however it’s set to arrive on multiple consoles eventually.

Cook up claymation-style food from scratch and set off on a globe-trotting adventure and serve cute animal guests! Kickstarter launching soon and planned for a Steam release. There is a demo available now on their Kickstarter page.

PUNI THE FLORIST – PC

Manage a flower shop, design unique bouquets, and join Puni on a silly, wholesome, and relatable journey of self-discovery. Release date TBC but there’s a demo on Steam now!
