Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition Is Coming Soon To PS5 and PC

PlayStation has announced that Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition will be released on PlayStation 5 on October 6, 2023.

Following the events of Horizon Zero Dawn, machine hunter Aloy races to save the planet’s crumbling biosphere before vicious storms and a mysterious, unstoppable blight ravages the remnants of humanity.  Her mission and the sinister secrets it uncovers will pit Aloy against ever-deadlier foes, taking her to the dangerous frontier of the Forbidden West and the treacherous Burning Shores beyond.

What Is Included With The Complete Edition?

The Complete Edition will include:

  • Horizon Forbidden West for PS5
  • Burning Shores DLC for PS5
  • Digital soundtrack
  • Digital art book
  • Horizon Zero Dawn Vol. 1: The Sunhawk digital comic book*
  • In-game items:
    • Extras in Photo Mode (special pose and face paint)
  • In-game items unlocked via story progression:
    • Carja Behemoth Elite outfit ·Carja Behemoth Short Bow
    • Nora Thunder Elite outfit
    • Nora Thunder Sling
    • Apex Clawstrider Machine Strike piece
    • Resources pack

At the time of writing, no Australian retailers are listing a physical edition of Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition, but we will let you know if they become available (if, at all). Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition did have a physical release, but times have changed since then.

Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition Is Coming To PC

In news that will excite PC gamers, Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition will be the next PlayStation-exclusive title to get a PC release. While no release date for the PC edition has been announced, PlayStation confirmed it will be arriving in early 2024 on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
