Capitalism, guns and morals? – in that order. The Outer Worlds 2 was out in force at The Game Awards, showing off a new trailer and teasing a release sometime next year! The sequel promises to give players more of what they enjoyed in the original, with that rich character traits system, companions, and choices galore.

Obsidian Entertainment’s reputation for narrative games is unparalleled. Known for the likes of Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, the studio is set for a huge 2025. With Avowed releasing February 18 and The Outer Worlds 2 also coming next year it’s a big year for the studio’s original IPs.
The Outer Worlds 2 was announced back in 2021, so definitely been on the cooker for a while but after many found the original game, even with DLC a bit short given the choices nature it’s understandable that Obsidian really wants to hone this one, focusing on what players loved about the first one.
